I believe corporate records management and corporate and commercial transactions don’t need to be painful for clients or our lawyers. We can leverage technology to reduce the cost of providing traditional corporate and commercial legal services to our clients without sacrificing quality of service, and in a much more modern, accessible and efficient way.

Nobody likes paperwork, and I like taking the fear and stress out of paper heavy processes to help our clients keep in good standing and close business milestone transactions.

Outside of work, I’m a semi-professional photographer, dog-trainer-in-training, and lover of a cold glass of rose, good food and all things furry. If you walk the seawall in the mornings you’ll likely find me, my husband Derek and our beautiful golden rescue Charlie moseying about.
