I like to go fast—both on and off the track. Outside of work, I race cars for fun, but professionally, my passion is driving efficiency, innovation, and seamless legal support through Paralegals on Demand (pod).

I founded pod to solve a problem I kept seeing in law firms: a growing need for high-level, on-demand paralegal support without the overhead or commitment of a full-time hire. Our team of experienced, locally trained paralegals integrates directly into law firms like macushlaw, providing flexible corporate and commercial legal support—whether for overflow work, transactions, or minute book maintenance.

Our approach is simple: we work as an extension of the firm, not as outside contractors. We adapt to each firm’s systems, keep work seamless, and ensure efficiency without compromising quality. With pod, macushlaw can scale its support when and how it needs, making legal work more agile and cost-effective.

And yes, while our team stays behind the scenes, Bailey, our “Director of Pawsitivity,” does not. He’s our French Bulldog and office morale booster, ensuring everyone takes a break when needed (usually with snacks).
